Bountiful Indulgence
A Poem By Becki Sutton
White Branch Library
Pueblo West, Colorado
As I walk through the door I notice the constantly dusty room, nearly dead silence is all I hear.
I experience it's never-ending wisdom on any subject of which one can dream.
Dizzying sights of murder, fantasy, truth, love and lies all swirl together within my vision.
I find myself searching both the heights and depths in tandem and my breath is stolen.
While looking at listening I can almost hear their screams, moans and sighs.
Imagination is so vast here that I have yet to discover where fiction ends and truth begins.
It is a wealth of learning and enjoyment.
It is the Library.
