Bonus : + 1 Point for a site for using it's own original graphics.
Deduction : - 3 Point for excessive pop-ups.
Deduction : - 2 Points if your site hurts our eyes because of bad color combinations.
Content : 0 - 12 Points
Bonus : + 1 Point for sites with strong original contents.
Deduction1 : - 2 Points for sites with no Copyright Notice.
(for sites that have information other than there own, and we will know this)
Deduction2 : - 2 Points for sites that have no Privacy Policy Statement
(for sites that collect personal information from the visitors)
Deduction3 : - 2 Point for not having an Awards area to display Awards.
Source Code : 0 - 7 Points
Deduction1 : - 1 Point for sites with no Meta Tags (Description, Keywords) on all pages.
Deduction2 : - 1 point for sites with no Alt Tags for all the images.
Navigation : 0 - 6 Points
Deduction : - 2 Point for no alternate text link menu when using Flash, Java Applets, and Java Scripts menus.
Load Time : 0 - 5 Points
Deduction: - 2 Points if load time is longer than 60 seconds with a 56k modem.
Impression : 0 - 3 Points
Bonus : + 1 Point if were really impressed and your added to our favorite places.
Total : 47 Points (+ 3 Extra Bonus Points)
