On June 9th 2006 I took my newly built and dead computer to find out what was wrong. Most of the parts I received from online computer stores and Ebay trying to save a buck. It turns out that the motherboard and power supply were dead. I wound up buying another new power supply and a motherboard with matching cpu. So, I spent even more getting my new computer up and running, it's a good thing I had money saved up for other parts, which will now have to wait. Not every deal online is a good deal. Sometimes you need to pay a visit to your local repair shop before going elsewhere. I now have several weeks of waiting to get my money back from these places. A lesson learned. |
