Suggestions to Help You Grow in the Christian Life

I am a Christian devoted to the King James Bible (1611). I will not argue with you about if your new version is better than mine, we all know you will not come across a more complete and accurate version of the Bible than the King James. The King James is Gods Word, not a what you want to hear Word as the other versions do. If you are trapped in a Church where they use another version, ask your Pastor to include References from the King James Bible. Also when studying use the King James. A Christian mind is a terrible thing to waste.

1 Timothy 4:1 "Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits and doctrines of devils" (KJV)

Make a public profession of your faith this Sunday in Church.
"Whosoever therefore shall confess me before men, him will I confess also before my Father which is in heaven." -- Matthew 10:32

Follow the Lord in baptism.
"Then they that gladly received his word were baptized: and the same day there were added unto them about three thousand souls." -- Acts 2:41

Read your Bible daily.
"Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path." -- Psalm 119:105

Pray every day.
"The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much." -- James 5:16

Attend a Bible-believing Church regularly.
"I was glad when they said unto me, Let us go in the house of the LORD." -- Psalm 122:1

Tell others about what Jesus did for you.
"Go home to thy friends, and tell them how great things the Lord hath done for thee, and hath had compassion on thee." -- Mark 5:19

Give to God's work.
"Give, and it shall be given unto you." -- Luke 6:38

Confess to God when you sin.
"If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." -- 1 John 1:9
