Score And Seed A Tomato
1. Score the bottom of a tomato with an X. Drop into boiling water for 30 seconds. Lift out with a skimmer
or slotted spoon.
2. Plunge tomatoes briefly into ice water and remove. The skin will peel off easily.
3. Cut tomatoes in half crosswise. Gently squeeze each half to expel the seeds.
