Pink Yink Ink Drink

1/2 pint frsh or 1/2 cup frozen balckberries, thawed
1 cup milk
6 fresh strawberries, green tops removed, or 1/2 cup frozen, thawed
1 teaspoon honey

Put the blackberries in a blender and puree them.
Pour into a large glass.
Put the milk, strawberries, and honey in the blender and blend.
Strain the mixture (optional).
Pour the strawberry mixture carefully on top of the blackberries.
Makes 1 serving.

Little Italy Chicken Burger

bun
grilled chicken breast
olive oil
parmesan cheese
fresh basil leaves
sun-dried tomatoes

Build: On bottom bun, place grilled chicken breast. Top with generous slice of parmesan cheese, a few basil leaves, a few sun-dried tomatoes, then top bun. Done!
