Fiesta/Fips:
Vary in color from bright deep red or scarlet to a cream, yellow, or orange. Cylindrical and slightly tapered with a rounded end. About 1 to 2 inches long or
1/2 to 3/4 inches wide. Vary from mild to sweet and intense. Used to add some zip to salsas, stews and stir-fries.
Fish Pepper:
The origin of this pepper's unusual name is unknown, but the red-orange pods are quite hot. Pods measure 2 1/4" long by 3/4" wide.
Fresno Chile:
About 2 inches long and 1 to 1 1/4 inches wide, tapers to a round end. Sweet and hot. Used in salsas, ceviches, stuffings, breads or pickled. Can be roasted and blended in sauces.
