Ice Wine:
Wine made from ripened grapes left on the vine during a frost; the grape is picked when some of its water is frozen; the remaining liquid concentration is commensurately sweeter.

Incrustation:
Formation of crust-like solids in long-stored red wine.

Incrustation:
Lacking acidity.

Incrustation:
Gelatin obtained from fish, used as a clarifying agent during fining of wine.
