Xanthan Gum:
Produced from the fermentation of corn sugar, xanthan gum is used as a thickener, emulsifier and stabilizer in foods such as dairy products and salad dressing.

Xanthines:
Alkaloid compounds that occur in many plants, including coffee (caffeine), cocoa (caffaine, theobromine), tea (caffeine, thebromine, theophylline), and kola nuts (caffeine); related to Purines.

XXX, XXXX, 10X :
An indicator on a box of confectioners' sugar of how many times it has been ground. The higher the number of X's the finer the grind.
